Sorry to hear about that man, I would seriously want to kill anyone who did that to my dog but that would probably be a bad idea... I'm not sure if it would be a he said/she said thing because even if they say that the dog just ran out and it wasn't their fault they just left which would be considered leaving the scene of an accident which is a crime right? Or does that not apply to animals and just to people? You should check into that though so that even if they end up not paying for the dogs medical bills they get busted for something without you doing anything which could get you in trouble. Hope your dog is doing okay, did you take it to doctor ako in kahala?
