Oh man thats f'ed up man... Did you talk to the police about filing a report? That's ****ed up that your mom was trying to get them to stop and they just kept coming. Not sure but shouldn't the other person's insurance take care of the bills. Since dogs are not classified as people, but more so property, it should be covered under their no fault for property damage.

Anyhow, I hope you dog makes a speedy recovery.

I FOUND THE CAR

NTZ 710 belongs to a silver 6th gen (02-06) Camry Sedan that's literally right up the street from my parent's place. Time to contact to po pos again.

Seems like we may have found the car. If our suspicions are correct, it was a Camry and not an Accord. I'll be posting more info for you guys as the details trickle in. Check my first post for updates.
