haha I think I would rather buy the new challenger. Bump that huge 426 hemi in there or a Z06 vette with that sexy 427 ls7, spend the rest of the money on upgrades. would be lookin like a pair of tig ol bitties. hooters

I was referring to the challenger.... haha meant to say I would throw that over bore kit with the sleeves to make it the 426 Hemi. or I could just get the chevy BB hemi conversion kit though thats like 14g in itself. **** while Im at it I should just buy a base vette. clean out the engine bay. drop in a the big aaaasssssss 572 BB chevy. sleeve it. TT it and I would have no problem smoking the gtr for about the same price. lmao or just go the easy route and buy the zr1............. whoa getting outta hand... lol

Are you serious?

His 426 Hemi comment was obviously directed at the Challenger and not the Corvette. Hence the reason he later mentioned the LS7 in reference to the Z06. Aside from the fact that Chevy never built a 426, when was the last time you heard a bunch of bow tie guys refer to a Chevy motor of any displacement as a "Hemi?" Last time I checked, it was either a Mouse (Small Block) or a Rat (Big Block).

Saying "I'll take an '09 Challenger with a 426 Hemi" doesn't make sense. The 426 Hemi hasn't been available in a Challenger (let alone a regular production Mopar) since '71. The largest motor you can order up in an LC '09 is the 6.1...which you know, is the reason I said "6.1L does not equal 426 cubes."

It's like someone saying "I'll take a 2008 Corvette with a 454" or "I'll take a 2008 Mustang with a 428CJ. Both the 454 and the FE 428 haven't been available as factory options for years.

*cough*
