A quota is stupid in so many respects IMO. What if you have all the cops in a certain vicinity with people pulled over, and something serious happens that needs immediate attention? Or you got cops rushing to get their next one, and they end up in an accident or something because of their rush. Not all cops can handle that stress, we're all human, and we all make mistakes. I see a lot more happening on part of HPD in the long run due to this.

 

We only saw one HPD on our entire cruise yesterday. Still waiting for some confirmation on this quota.

 

This is for Traffic units and it is a guideline. It just means you work 8 hours don't come in with 1 tag. What were you doing the rest of the day?

 

I think it's impossible with the system they have now to do a ticket in 15 minutes. If so they can only be tagging you for equipment.

You get pulled over and they are running your information I think it'll be a minimum of at least 30 minutes per ticket (unless you are getting wacked up for multiple tickets).
