wow heard the PoPo got issued a Quota a real one this time.

I heard this is their Quota:

"the traffic division commander issued out a order that every officer on duty needs to meet a 4 ticket quota per working hour! that means 1 ticket issued every 15 minutes!!!!

am dead serious! i have a few friends within the department as well as some others of you may and you will get the word from them as well.

officers who dont meet the quote will be written up and will lose their own privilages such as motorcycles being taken away and losing special duty offers"

That's a big burden to put on an officer. It dam near takes 15 minutes to process a single violation so how are they expected to do anything but write tickets?

 

yeah, what are they supposed to do if no one decides to speed or no one commits any traffic infractions? Fabricate something that didnt even happen?

 

Maybe we should collabo with the Acura guys this Sunday? Since we can smoke TLs easy they'd be the ones to get caught by the Po Po. Eh Larry...you comin' out right?

yeah i got tagged doing 47 in a 45 on the H3 the other night.

You might want to double check that. I believe in one area it drops down to 35 mph. If not, I would fight that ticket.

 

it was right before the the H-3 turns into the H-1 it was some guy on a bike it was 45 that was it say on my ticket

 

I didnt even know there was a 35 mph zone on the H3... that seems pretty stupid...

 

47 in a 45 should be easy to beat. That's like a 4% diff for speedo error meaning it would be like going 26 in a 25.

 

I would have to check again. It would be going onto the on ramps where the H-3 spilts up. (Halawa, Honolulu, Pearl Harbor, H-1 on ramps)
