4 tickets per hour? WTF there's no way these guys can do 1 ticket every 15 minutes.

I cannot belive the HPD spokesman says the public expects it of them. This is moronic.

 

yup... stupid as hell! got them Popo wasting gas like crazy... not to mention or tax money cuz the gas. I know they cant make 4 in an hour. Theyd probably get lucky if they get maybe 2 in an hour. All the police should be lookin for is them racers.

 

^^^Screw that they should go downtown. They can ticket way more than 4 jaywalkers in one hour. They will be doing a service by helping to make sure the stupid are not taken out of the herd.

They think its only the motorists fault when a pedestrian gets runned over. $hit if you value your life you gonna look bothways before you cross and make sure no one runs you over. 2 ton car vs. 200lb man = ROADKILL anywhich way you put it. *** I hate them fools who run out in in the crosswalk when theres a fukin red hand... dumb biitches make me wait till the next light sometimes!!!!!!!!! Just drive the speed limit, saves gas, saves you from tickets.

^Yep. It's also safer because then you're only on the road for 1/3 of the time.
