What mods do you have that would warrant an ECU reflash?

Didn't the guys from UpRev/OSIRIS come down to Munkywurks for ECU reflashes few months ago? Was a good deal too, maybe they'll come again this year.

i just have the basic bolt ons for now, pop charger, ztube, 5/16ths, test and ypipes.. maybe a lightweight pulley and mrev.. i know im not going to get a huge increase in hp/tq like FI's but even with simple bolt on's and a good tune will make the car that much more fun to drive..

tony, I hope they come back later on this year if we get enough people..

You'll feel the increase in responsiveness with the flash, jump on it when UpRev comes back, I would've have gone to Munkywurks for OSIRIS if I didn't just have mine flashed by Technosquare just few weeks before they came down, the deal was much cheaper than what I spent.

Pretty decent amount of bolt ons there. I dunno, you might be better off with the Cobb Accessport and reflash that way. Other than that you might have to pull the ECU and fly it to the mainland.

Personally I'd opt for Cobb AP, they should be able to get you a map for your mods pretty quickly.

volkamon also can sent it off to technosquare and give you a temp ecu, so your car isn't down

Uprev Tuning
Just got off the phone with Munkywurks about getting a tune, and they said call back sometime next week because an Uprev Tuner should be coming down around that time.

I paid about $600 including next day shipping to have my ECU flashed by Technosquare, so anything lower than that is a good deal.

A Munkywurks rep told me it would be $400 for 1 custom reflash and tune, and $700 for the unlimited tuning package. I believe he meant the unlimited tuning package would allow you to reflash your ecu for a very small price if you added anything later. I'm headed to Radmotorsports in Waipahu tomorrow to get my FI HFC installed and possibly have a custom exhaust made depending on their pricing.
