So i bought megan racing resonated test pipes a while ago and thought it had a little too much rasp for my taste, and wanted to do something. I basically bought heat wrap for headers, people usually use these to wrap dirt bike headers to stop the heat from burning their legs. After using these for about a week i can honestly say that it helps out with the rasp drastically. My guess is the test pipes are so light it and thin it rattles alot under WOT, so by adding the wrap it absorbs alot of the vibration, so you dont hear the rattle out the end of your exhaust. My exhaust is definitely sounds lower then before, kinda like high flow cats with a higher flow. I would say its definitely worth getting if you dont like the sound of test pipes but dont want to spend alot of money on high flow cats. Just thought id share because i seen alot of people on the internet asking if wraping the test pipes help, and id say it does. The best part was i wrapped it while the test pipes were still on the car. very easy to do. ill load videos soon.

yeah ive been spending alot of money on other things, like airsoft, christmas, girlfriend, etc. now i going buy one more airsoft gun and going to be spending about $1000 for everything, then after that im going to finish my sounds. slowly, coming together. plus the fact that i bought all the cheaper stuff for my car, now, things are getting expensive, exhaust, rims, touch screen double din, amps, all expensive stuff. but in the next couple months ill get back into it.
The buzz looks to be coming from the left tailpipe. Looks like it vibrates at a specific rpm when you lift off.
