i would say top of waikiki, but its going to be expensive. also if your planning to go to a club, level 4 would be a good experience. if you want to eat japanese food, santori or doraku sushi is good. there is a place tanaka of tokyo which would be a good experience but your mostly paying for a show instead of the food, but the food is good.

 

If you're set on doing the tourist luau thing, check out Sea Life Park.

Luau includes ticket to park, do special whale and dolphin show for the luau, and it's the best luau view.

 

you have to rent a jet ski form kewalo basin... they got 1000cc jet skis. dont rent from anywhere else. you can parasail there too.
