Hey all, I am new to oahu. Any suggestions on paint shops. G got thrashed on trip over here. Looks like it was behind the tires of an 18 wheeler on a gravel road for 4,000 miles. (maybe it was) Any way, I am looking for suggestions on a good body paint shop? Depending on the cost of repair, maybe it is time or a whole new color. Paint it or PAINT IT!

 

Ask THE-G35 or PR-G35DRIVER there cars look sick, where did yur car come from? cause mine is goin to florida and if the shippin s payin well hope i hav that luck lol...

 

If the Insurance is paying? Go to Kuroda Autobody. If not ask some guy's on here.

 

Kurodas is a good paintshop........but u know I gotta giv props to aiea collision center.......this is an insurance job but I gave extra on my side to paint it red pm me for more info

I've heard some great things about R-Spec. Never seen their work, but just word of mouth is pretty good advertising.

 

i went to chance customs / 808 autoworks. same place. they did an amazing job, no over spray fish eyes waves or whatever else. they'll take your car apart paint it and put it back together. i've had with the new paint for about 3k miles. still not a single rock chip.

my pics were taken with a stock digital camera not the fancy thing that took pr's pics. but i guess you'll get the gist.

yeah painted to match the time attacks but not just flat black, it has a clear with a flatener in it too for protection... forgot to tell them to paint the calipers though -.- just got my TT pipes powder coated to match so the beast is coming together.

 

oh... btw, anyone want to give me a free UAS kit... i'd take an air runner to, i'm not picky. that way i can get the look right for the pics and still be able to drive it as my DD in hawaii...
