Question
Actually make that 2. What kind of oil do you recommend for my G, and also, whats a good care cover and the best place to buy or order them from. Any help is appreciated. Its a 05 sedan.
For the oil, try searching on my350z.com there's a thread someplace on there about that. I'd post the link but I'm on my phone now.

I know some guys hate Royal Purple with a passion and would not want to run it. Mobil 1 is good, but I think synthetics are a bit of an overkill and would say just stay with a good quality dino oil.

AIBELIEVE!
There's an article somewhere over the interwebz regarding how your cheap over the counter oil, namely Castrol GTX, out performed some hyped brands like Royal Purple and Amsoil. There were studies where less known brands but still name brands like, Chevron or Shell make exceptional dino oil.
I never believed in oil manufactures and distributors that hype brands such as amsoil that say that all you have to do is change out your oil every year but do periodic oil filter changes. The problem is that ALL ENGINES BURN OIL! Dont believe me? Go ask some one like Master Machinist, Craig at Teds Machine Shop.
Bottom line, clean oil is the best oil. if you enjoy changing out synthetic oils regularly and dont mind the cost?...all the power to you. The only real advantage is that you do get a little extension between oil changes...but that's about it. but not enough to save you money if you did the math.
Thanks for all the info guys! I was wondering what weight should I run or do you guys recommend. I am planning on changing my oil soon, real soon, lol. But in a way, im kind of leaning towards having Infinity change it for me lol.

just change'm yourself. i've been using 10w30 pretty much all the time and very universal, go with a heavier weight if your engine has higher mileage. now i use 10w40 as i approach 70k.
+1 on the synthetic, personally I use Mobil 1.
For the cover, the Infiniti cover is great. Custom fit, heat inserts for the exhaust tips, and a clear window for the tag.
I ordered mine through Grubbs Infiniti. It was $100 less than Honolulu including shipping. I even brought the quote to Honolulu to see if they'd match to try and keep the business on the island but they wouldn't do it.
