bringing car to hawaii

I'm bringing my car to hawaii is there anything i should be prepared for, i've tryed to look for info on the dmv website but that didn't help. do i have to de-mod my car to pass inspection? is there an inspection?

If your car is lowered you will have to get a recon inspection and if it has anything below a 35% tint they will make you take it off. Inspections are a pain in the A out here. But if you know a place you they could pass you for a cpl extra bucks then no need for a recon and no need to redo your tint job. Other than that its easy. Are you military? If so let me know and I will give you some more info

yep that was me i like that color btw, as far as mods

F.I. CB exhaust
art pipes
tune by church
spc upper control arms and the the camber adjuster thingie in the back i forget what it's called
stance coilovers
stoptech 6/4 14" BBk
and tints forgot what %

how's that exhaust holding up any sound changes and yes i am in the military, you got black market hook ups?

hmm........would you mind saying wat u dyno at church automotive???

and also would u do a dyno down here jus to see the power difference from up mainland and down here?? i might be willing to pay for your dyno run if i can get sean to hook me up. oh yeah the tuner down here for osiris his name is sean also

i was at 277 with a ztube and injen exhaust, haven't had a chance to retune for the new parts but i will when i get back to cali. look thru my pics the dyno sheet is in there if you need more info.

the only issues will have is lowered and if you have a front bumper with no support. oh yeah and the tint.
