Just spoke with Ross, the person who is running the show, and was informed roll in/set up for Spocom will be on Saturday. (THE SAME DAY OF THE SHOW)
He said he will be sending all participants an email with times and details of the show tonight.Just wanted to keep everybody posted.

Question: When is everyone free to meet and purchase shirts for Spocom?
At the meet up we can discuss pre meet for Spocom so that we all roll in together, get a final head count of who is actually entering, purchase shirts, decals, maybe figure out how we want to set up the cars etc. All this will be pending what details Ross emails us.

 

Glad u took the time to post this up Jorge. I've been busy with helping everyone to get there stuff ready for spocom and forgot about the shirts.

Day will be set depending on your guys feedback to get shirts. And as Jorge stated we will sell shirts to participants first and then sell excess shirts from there on

This is good that setup is on Saturday.....might be good for all of us to mee on Friday night but that's up to all of u participants

 

No prob, spoke with Ross, so I figured I would keep everyone else posted. I know you have been VERY busy helping everyone else get their headlights done for the show so I figured I would make a thread about the shirts and meet up. I can't friday because I work that night, I can do thursday....But if everyone else prefers friday thats cool just keep me posted via text with all the info.

 

Emails have been sent out!!! If you registered with VQ inc as your team/club then you were grouped with the Red group and your roll in is at 10 am, if you registered as a loaner then check email for your set up time. Along with the email was a mod sheet which needs to be filled out before the show starts to helps the judges know what you have. So now that we have a set up time anybody plan on meeting prior?

 

Hell yeah.......I say still meetup 8 cuz guys like to come late to premeets and I think we should be at the show like literally 9:50
