OK, since we're gearheads and techies here....got some questions about cell service in the islands.....need some feedback from those who use different services...

Cingulair vs T-mobile specifically.

I have t-mobile now which is fine, have the old Nokia small blue phone from when T-mobile was Voicestream.

I am looking to upgrade my phone to camera/video/bluetooth phone...

Here's what I'm looking at:
Tmobile: ~$200 for 1- Samsung pix phone plus upgrading to Family Plan for $50 per month. (400minutes/month)
OR
Cingulair: $230 for *2* - motoroloa V515? pix/video/bluetooth phone BUT Family talk $70 per month (850 minutes per month +rollover)

Not looking at sprint, nextel or verizon....

Any feedback on coverage and more importantly, reception quality? Customer service for Cinguliar? I have had Sprint and Tmobile for personal use and Verizon (which sucks IMO) for work use. Nextel seems expensive and phones have limited bells/whistles extras...

thanks for the input in advance....

well, the Samsung phone's reception isnt great at all. cingular has okay reception throughout town, but most places are terrible. as far as the V515, it's a good phone, and the reception is better than the Samsung. if you work in a building (Pearl Harbor type of atmosphere), the reception is about a bar to 2 tops. dropped calls tend to happen frequently as well.

tmobile's rate plan's are much better imo.
