Does anyone know of a cheap place to get a car tinted... or know anyone that can do tint for a good price...

I need to tint my 93 corolla...

 

in waipahu. solar pro tint. it's near ESH waipahu. very cheap, plus lifetime warranty. however, i'd only go to AL's regardless of price!

 

Heh.. yeah AL's rocks.... and I think their cheapest tint is 130 something. Which is a decent price... The better tint would be around 30-40 more I think... But i'd get the more expensive one for the better quality film.

^I can vouch for Special-T as well. my friends work there! their install is just as good as Al's. the film quality is if not the same, it's just as good as the one Al's carries.

If you folks also decide to get sounds/alarm's (not your super high tech {compustar}) then check them out.

 

Don't ever go to SOLAR PRO TINT in Waipahu!!I had my civic tinted there when I had it and they did such a terrible job: ALL the edges were crooked and I called back to have it re-done and the lady I spoke with was a real b*tch! Even though it's cheap it ain't worth it...Try check out Pro Tint Hawaii 2001-C Kahai St down by the McDonalds on Nimitz before Sand Island..It was recommended by Richard Crabbe at Infiniti and I took my G there...They might even wash your car !! Good Luck!

 

i was happy with the tint i got from al's. however, i got the huper optics, so it wasnt cheap.

 

I got mine done at Al's. Check out the ceramic tint.

 

Woohoo... Just got back from Al's tinting... I got the full Huper Optic set... Pricey but very worth it...

Special T tinting did a great job on my car. As a matter of fact, I was about to see him tomorrow after work. Thinking of going darker then the 18% I currently have. Keith gave me a great deal.

Forget about Solor Tint it was shut down, really shade things was going on there. I heard at one time he did good work but took the wrong path and everything went down hill.
