I dunno. Was never into the whole clear corners thing. ...but its kinda starting to pull me in. I mean it is factory (jdm) so the quality is there. By the ways, my car is desert platinum. I dunno. what do you guys think. should I or should I just leave it amber.


oh yeah, also, my stock ambers have these small kine crack on'em...so that's why I'm kinda considering these corners. DId anyone of you (w/ clear corners) get pulled over by cops because of your clears?

 

get the clears. no, hassles from police here *crosses fingers* they can issue a ticket, but if you provide documentation that its legit, it can be thrown out [what xlr8sn mentioned to me back in may '04].

 

yeah you shouldn't have any problems with a clear lens... just dont put a blue hue light in there and you'll be fine.

heheh my old car had a red front lens for a VERY LONG TIME like 4+ years and only once did a cop notice it, but it got thrown out in court because I'm such a nice guy.

 

get the clear corners. they look good. if you dont change out the bulb, which is amber, you'll be fine from the cops.

 

thing is, what kind of documentations would prove that they're legit?
my friend had clear corners on his tacoma 4x4. Other than that, it was stock w/ amber bulbs. needless to say he got pulled over because they "didn't reflect amber". But yeah, I think i'm still gonna get it.

performance nissan, grubbs (i think), i got mine from everything g35.com. came in a Nissan packed box with Nissan description of it being OEM.

 

Ah man too bad, I just received my Clear corners from Grubbs for 29.99... shipping was 20 something... we could got a bulk order in together hehehe... saved on shipping atleast.
