Be on the Lookout

Hey Everyone,
Just wanted to have everyone on the lookout for a large white van license plate number HBD 864. Last night I drove to Ward to eat dinner with a friend at Big City. Well I parked my car in the covered parking lot. As soon as I got out of my car there the white van pulled up and took a picture of my G. The guy took off and all I got was the license plate. I'm thinking he could have been taking a picture for a chop shop or something. But I reported it to Ward security thinking it might have allowed it, they told me that no one was permitted to take pictures of cars in their lots. They made an announcement to all the security officers to be on the lookout. It totally freaked me out. I probly ate the fastest dinner ever.

Whoa spooky...

White passenger van, or did it have any company stickers. When I was by Diamond Head a few days ago I was in my car (engine off) and this white van drove by very slowly, I don't know if he saw me in the car or not. Anyhow after passing my car he slowly turned around passing my car again. It's was a older model white van. I was thinking that the guy was spockin out rental cars to break into or something.

I didn't see any company stickers. Plus if it was the license plate would be different. Isn't if it's a company van the numbers are first?

It looked like one of those Ford vans.

Plates starting with numbers are commercial vehicles.

Plates starting with H are Big Island (M - Maui/Molokai?/Lanai?, K - Kauai). So you're looking for some guy that's got his van registered on the Big Island.

The crazy thing is that I parked kind of in an area where there was less cars. There was no car in back of me or on the sides of me. The guy just stopped in back of my car and took a picture. There was someone in a truck behind him trying to get out of the parking lot too.

Man unless you are the size of a briefcase it's a death trap to hide in the G's trunk.

hmm...HBD 864, that's Big Island plates. although it's not unlikely the van was sold on the big island and later shipped here, but it sounds odd. maybe the plates are NBD 864 (indicating an Oahu plate sold around 2003-2004)?

That's the only thing I hate about the G. No trunk. Might as well bondo it shut so it'll look smooth. j/p
