well today was the day i went to court to be judged and handed me my fine. i decided to just take it and agree to whatever came to me. the judge gave me a 200 dollar fine and i have to go a driving education class (yay ) so i guess i can say i got off slightly easy? i was warned if i got ticketed again my license will be suspended tho

man....when he announced my ticket he looked at me with surprise and said "you know you were doing 102 in a 55?" i was like "wtf that's why i'm here dumbass" well thats what i was thinking anyway. then after that i was thinking "if he only knew how fast i was going before i started slowing down!" but....anyway that's over for now till i go to the class.

Racing on the Freeway is a BIG No..No... Especially on those Night Cruises... Keep it within the speed limit yO... Just like me...

 

I probably shouldn't say this but you should've plead not guilty and gone to trial. Odds are probably 50-50 the cop won't show up on the first trial, but if he/she does, just get sick and they'll reschedule. Odds drop down tremendously low after the 2nd, 3rd, 4th trial. By that time you can ask the judge to throw it out. In the trials I sat in, DUIs and reckless drivers were getting off cuz the cop didn't show. Lucky you didn't get charged w/ street racing cuz supposedly they can impound your car. (BTW I was doing 81/55 in a 4 cyl. lol.)

After driving for 14 years with a clean record I get a ****ty 70 in a 60 for blocking the officer by going to slow lol...

actually about 3 years back ( off my abstract already ) i have a ticket doing 82 in a 55 in a saturn.....does that count? and the judge did bring up past tickets lol....so yah i just pleaded guilty by stupidity and accepted all charges.
