I stayed at that hotel a few years ago in one of their renovated rooms. I actually won the stay at the hotel so I didn't have to pay. But I didn't really enjoy it. The beds were crap, there was tiny holes in the wall which made me paranoid. It was ok, if all you want is a place to sleep with nothing estravagant. I'm picky about hotel rooms so I didn't enjoy it. The decor was extremely tacky, but I'm from Hawaii so I don't care for touristy looking stuff. The only thing good about the room was the awesome view we had. But like I said I'm extremely picky.

I also stayed at the Prince Kuhio hotel a few years ago. It was nicer, if you're looking for a price deal.

This is the hotel I stayed at:

ResortQuest Waikiki Beach Hotel

On the bright side the staff at the hotel were really nice, the location was great(especially if you're into the night scene in Waikiki), and the morning continental breakfast was nice.

I can't believe it's a 4-star hotel.
