has anyone here had problems with the local infiniti service dept?

i've taken my car to the infiniti service dept several times for maintenance and they totally suck. very unprofessional. so much for total ownership experience. has anyone had any problems or complaints with the local infiniti service department here on oahu?

Never really had a problem with loaner cars, but you do have to schedule an appointment.

When my car was two months old:

I walked into the service dept. and said to the greeter "I need an estimate on having a scratch in my hood repaired."
The first thing out of his mouth was "You don't want to be here, we're to expensive."

No problems here. Just have to schedule a few weeks in advance if you want a loaner. However, I thought their shuttle service was fast and friendly.

Thumbs up

Inskip Infiniti is the only way to go, they are owned by Penske and to me is the best for sales and service...

haha, man then it would take us 2-4 weeks for them to just look at the car. Seeing as we would have to ship the car from Hawaii hehehe.

Service not to bad.
A+ for shuttle service
A+ for courtsey car with stick shift
C for scheduling I got bumped a few times due to them having issues.
A for warranty replacement of my Bose CD player with no questions.
F I would never take my car there for paint because they told me they go to this place down the road run by some Koren's (no offense). Great food, but you know what they say about there body shops.

Scheduling of the appointment sucks.........too many cars sold and not enough mechanics.

Ironically the last service I did (involving more issues than the simple oil change) was a lot easier than the first which was just changing the oil.

HELL YEA! i took my car there to have a new bumper painted, because they recommended them! and they were done in 3 days! i was told by infiniti that it would take at least a week, cuz they would have to order the bumper and ship it first. i don't think they even baked the bumper, cuz when a bird pooped on it, it like totally runied that one spot!!!!! god damnit
