^ LMAO too funny! I think they tend to favor local folks at the service dept. heard of people getting better deals on car accessories, service etc than me so that why I say that. I think my service is great but not as good as it COULD be. The last couple times I have taken my car in for service I had been told the car would be washed but low and behold it wasn't I guess they assume since I keep it pretty clean they don't need to wash or do the interior...

 

Yeah the quotes I got from the parts department for splash guards, front lip, 2006 projectors, etc were ridiculously overpriced compared to mainland dealers (this takes into account shipping price). Actually, when I bought my car I got good advice from my sales person on where not to buy parts LOL. My only complaint with this Infiniti is that they are not competitive enough with parts pricing.

 

No problems at all......in fact I think the service is second to none. Never had a problem with scheduling, loaners, service, and got some good deals on parts as well. A+ from me
