You have to jack up the front and take the wheels off. There are about 6 of those push in clips and 2 screws in the wheel well holding up the front splash guard. Make sure you look how it is installed before taking it down. Just pull the clips and screws out and pull down the splashguard. You cannot miss the back of the headlight assembly then. will take you about 1 hour start to finish.

I was under the impression that there was some mystical way of doing it from under the hood as mentioned in the owner's manual. But then, my manual also says that the fog/highbeams are HB3 (9005's)

For anyone reading this, the correct bulbs for the headlights are:
Top bulb (low beam) H1 hard to find, european bulb.
Bottom bulb (fog/highbeam) H4,9003,HB2, easier to find
Geez...
