Help with install on PIAA Super Whites

Has anyone installed these bulbs on their G? I've heard that you must remove the actual front bumber to get to the bulbs is this true?

The service manual actually says to remove the bumper, but you can actually do it by getting to the splash guard in front of and above the wheels. There are other threads that explain how to do it, do a search on bulbs.

Go in through the front of the fender. 3 screws, about 5 fasteners, and your in. I think you can do it w/o taking the tire off if you turn the wheel.

Merlin was helpful on this.
