You know, I have an early version of the CF Z-tube that I decided not to run. It has both the little filter (for PVC hose?) AND the nipple/grommet attachement, so you could run it either way. It's new and has never been installed. Looks very nice. Supposed to sound nice too. I decided against it because I don't want any visual clue under the hood that there have been any mods.

I'll sell the CF Z-tube to you for $125 shipped, if interested. PM me if so to discuss.
