Yes, when installed on a REVUP engine with a 5/16" spacer, it will indeed produce at least 18 TQ @ ~4500 RPM. I say this because I've seen many, many dynos of it to be very confident in the advertised gains.
In any case, our policy is 100% customer satisfaction. If you don't like it for any reason you can return it for a full refund.
