CAI Install, Cutting Neccesary?

Hey Im wondering about CAI's do you need to cut to get the cold air extention down by the grill ?

Im debating on CAI or regular Z-tube....hmmm

So many debates over z-tube and pop or z-tube and k&n, or CAI or CAI w/ ztube.... =T

Yes i searched about the install.

CAI Install yielded nothing.

Coolio, now to figure out the definitive answer.

No cutting needed, BUT you will have to remove the inner splash guard by the lower valance grill. And let me tell you it is a P-I-T-A!

You're best option is the Stillen intake w/Z-tube. You can also go with Stillen's Z-tube as well (cheaper, but it has more of a curve to it, BUT it won't rub against your AC lines like the Z-tube).

I installed a popcharger on a buddy's car and I'm not a big fan of its design. The heatshield is kinda flimsy and those connectors from the airduct to the heatsheild are a PITA to put on.

On the stillin CAI, We're talking about a cold air intake or a cold air intake box?

Im confused their website shows a product that says stillen CAI with Z-tube, but it looks like the cold air box, as opposed to the cold air intake? someone clairfy this please?
