Does anybody have a good DIY header install instructions?

Hey everyone im planning to install my Topspeed headers in the next few days. Does anybody have some detailed instructions on the easiest and quickest way to install them? ive tried to search but found only one header install and it says i have to drain some fluids and a lot of useless stuff. can yall help me out. thanks a lot.

From the sound of your post I'd estimate that if you did it yourself it'd take atleast 10hrs, if you're able to do it at all. Headers are not somethign u want to install yourself on a VQ

I've heard most headers require you to jack up the enigne abit not sure if you loosen the motor mounts or what...

Headers can be installed DIY but you will need at the very least a basic knowledge of auto mechanics, common sense, tools, determination and a lot of patience. It took me all weekend on my back under the car on jack stands (no engine jacking required for the Top Speed brand).
