Stillen CAI and Z-tube is the best combo out there..hands down.

JWT came out with the PopCharger cheaper to compete with Stillen - only reason. Stillen's unit seals out the heat better - is made better and with the money...gives you more HP as well. JWT wanted to keep their clients in house. I love JWT products - hate some of them, same with Stillen...see my mods below...I'm not touting...just from experience.

Here they are ranked quietest to loudest in my opinion. I have had all configs on my car except the popcharger. I have ridden in a g with a popcharger, it just wasn't mine.

1. gtube + stock filter
2. ztube + k&n panel
3. ztube + stillen
4. ztube + popcharger

Yea - I've put Z-tubes on so many times I think I can do them in less than 10 minutes on a hot engine.

120 for a simple 20 minute install is ridiculous. and thats coming from a noob lol

Anybody here had a heating problem w/ the popcharger? I drove from Walnut Creek to Fresno 2 weeks ago and it was hot that day (100degrees+) and didn't have any problems. Just wondering if I have to switch to Stillen.

OK - kind of funny...why would you HAVE TO CHANGE if you had NO PROBLEMS?

Typically you won't have a problem when your moving - the air is flowing and cool - it's when you idling that it gets heat soaked - but 1 sec. later when you move, your cool again.

^Thanks for the input. I was just concerned because that's the only time I drove in a hot weather with the popcharger.
