All you have to do is go to www.magnaflow.com
and listen to magnaflow exhaust systems on different
cars. Magnaflow builds there exhaust systems straight thru for max HP and then spends months
getting the right sound. Magnaflow is currently
working on hi flow cats that will change how the
industry builds them.......can't wait for them to build
a set for me!!

 

i had a custom exhaust (stillen design with magnaflow..sounded pretty nice) and i recently put the stock exhaust back on..and damn how i missed that sound..with the spacer, headers, and hfc cats it sounds so good..its much louder and its got a throatier low end gurgle..but also has a sweet high pitched bark as you climb in revs...i really recommend it..ive heard many exhausts and i still dont know why people change it...it sounds so unique the way it was...im gonna put the pop charger back on and see how that changes the tone and power..ill repost when i do!

 

How loud is Magnaflow system compared to stock? Can you compare it to any other exhaust out there for our car now?

 

Magnaflow?? Im not knocking the company, but they seem to me that they belong on Fords, Chevys, etc not Nissans.

 

I personally like the low growl on the 5zigen, I've heard a better clip of its sound but I cannot find it. I will post it as soon as I do.

Any thoughts on the 5zigen exhaust? I think it is called the fireball.
