Just picked up by 06 6MT sedan a few weeks ago and I'm using this board to plan out my mods. I'm just looking for a modest increase in HP so no FI for me. From what I read it seems a good plan would be something like this:

Stillen cold air and z-tube
mrev2 w/ spacer
Borla cat-back (too many posts say Stillen is too loud)
Flashed ECU

I know a ton of you guys have setups similar to this so my question is how much HP/TQ will I really pick up? I'm interested in real dyno numbers before and after--not just butt dynos. Without changing cams, porting heads, etc. what is the realistic NA max power from this engine?
