Headers in general aren't a good bang-for-the-buck mod on the VQ. They don't make much hp, but if you're set on getting some, Crawford headers have shown the biggest gains.

Crawford's are the best so far on the market, but P.I.T.A. for install!!!

The Best Bang for the Buck is the Strups, way easier install!!!!

Search on my350z, you won't find anything here. There's Strup, Alphawerks, etc, you'll find all the dyno numbers you can wish for on there. The downside to the Crawfords is that the install requires lifting the engine off its mounts which takes time, so you'll pay maybe $200-300 more for the install compared to other headers.

A lot of work, but well worth it. These are them with Jet-Hot Coating. I luv 'em.

I got DC 3 into 1 sports headers (ceramic). Stainless are nice, but who's gonna notice. As far as gains go, gains are minimal when compared to the price. Not the best mod out there bang for buck. I would of rather put the money towards suspension or a Valentine One Radar.

Ha, so purdy. That's another thing I'd highly recommend you do, have them jet-coated to keep the engine heat down.

The crawfords have been known to induce heat related problems, like boiling clutch fluid. Just FYI.

I'm in southern Arizona and have had no heat related issues. I heard and read the same stuff before I bought them. This is the big reason I went with the Jet-Hot coating.

I should have been more specific. I did not mean to be inflamatory. The heat issues I have read about have been under extreme heat/load conditions, such as track events.
