I talked to my parts guy where I live and has a 350z and does many G35c and says that the 350z intake will not fit correctly in my car. I was wondering how you guys installed it and if any of you have pictures. He showed me the clearence betweent the plenum and the front metal frame and it seems as though it won't fit. Any advice, please speak up!

the Z pipe will fit without a problem in the g35.. it's been done by a lot of people on the forum.. it took less than 5 min for me to put in..

The Z intake airbox will not fit correctly, but the Z intake tube will. Those of us using the Z tube are using either the factory G airbox or the Stillen airbox. The intake tube is the piece that comes off the throttle body but ends at the housing for the MAF sensor.

OK, your parts guy is confused or you are. The 350Z intake
it'self wont fit, but the 350Z duct fits like a glove on the G35
sedan and coupe. The duct is the part between the bellows
and the plenum.

Thank you guys, after finding the picture of the duct at Grubb's, i understand it all now. My guy thought i wanted to put an entire 350z intake in the car. The pictures helped. Still not sure if I should go with the duct and Stillen or Injen However.

Without that top resonator box, it looks like there's a chunk missing from your engine cover.
