Exhaust...or no exhaust...

Ok guys...I have 600 dollars to spend on anything exhaust, what should I buy? I was about to buy a strupp test pipe and header combo but then I realized something...For the 619.03 that I was getting ready to spend on that I could buy the catback I want instead...So I guess it will all come down to; which purchase will give me the most gains for my 600 bucks? Should I buy the test pipes and headers, and get the exhaust later or vice versa? What would you guys do?

save the money, and buy HKS or something similar, 1.3k or so shipped.

A bit of advice -

You want to mod exhaust from the back forward. So a catback before CATS or testpipes and then again before headers - if they are not being done at the same time.

My suggestion is to wait and save up more money and do things right the first time....and this coming from a vendor who sells all of the components you want...and I'm not selling you!!!

I didn't think it mattered what order you do it in...I just drove a friends G thats basically stock besides an aem intake, and some testpipes and headers he just installed last week and there was a notable difference so I decided to do the same...

Oh and I'm not interested in the hks because I don't want dual exhaust. My aim was to buy headers and testpipes now, and also a y-pipe in the near future, and keep the stock exhaust...OR...switch to a single canister set up.
