it goes between the upper and lower plenum, adds about 10-15hp, a good mod imo

yeah its reliable...i kind of wish they should have been standard on the g's. The only trouble i had in the long run with my spacer is the amount of gas i wasted revving my engine.haha

it raises the upper plenum it allow more volume and better air flow in the plenum/intake manifold. Its actually a very simple and basic mod.

Great mod. Cheap and effective. Only problem is that it may void your warranty.

^^ive never heard of people having warranty issues with the spacer..

mods infiniti mechanics wont even notice its there, especially if you have the 5/16" with the engine cover still on..

dealer cant void your warranty until they prove that mod caused the problem

Dealerships will find any reason to not cover an issue. I'm not talking about covering warranty issues on axles, suspension, or any misc. issue not related. But if you have any problems that are possibly related to the motor, it can become an issue.

1/2" spacer = no stock engine cover
