what is the best exhaust for both sound and performance?

there is no one definite answer for this question.......

but hks is very popular here..

That is a loaded question. You'll get answers coming from all directions. If you are in the market for an aftermarket exhaust system, you would be well served by listening to them in person with regard to sound characteristics.

i just installed my hks exhaust as well.. i can't say it's the best because i've never had another set.. but compared to stock.. it's way better
