For what it's worth...I asked the service manager at my Infiniti dealer if putting a Nismo intake on would void my warranty and he said no way, as long as it's installed correctly it's a Nissan part and you'll be fine. He even offered to put it on for me free of charge during my next visit if I decided to get one. (I know different dealers give different answers but that's what he told me.)
