Motordyne 5/16" isothermal if you want to keep your engine cover.

1/2" if you are willing to keep it off and I would, all it does is keep heat in.

If you want more info read around on their site. Motordyneengineering.com

I have the 5/16" copper isothemal spacer and i'm happy with the results. I think you might get more power with the 1/2" spacer but I don't think there's a huge difference unless you go FI.

if you are going to get one, get the 1/2... it is dyno proven to get the most hp out of our cars compaired to kinetix, crawford, etc... look on the motordyne website and you'll see clearly

unless you plan on tracking your car then get the 5/16

it lets you keep the engine cover and will yield gains throughout

whereas the 1/2 wont let you use the engine cover and may rob you some down low but youll gain it all back and more up top

the difference in gains is really not all that much imo

unless you track your car then i guess thats when every bit counts

I'm not quite sure why so many people worry about the engine cover being on... It takes a half hour or less to remove a spacer and put the car back to stock if you need to take it into a dealer

also i just read i can keep my engine cover...

Motordyne 1/2" Basic Spacer
This stealth modification adds 12HP-14HP and is the simplest to install. The engine cover easily fits and never needs to be cut. With the engine cover in place the engine bay looks completely stock.

Motordyne 5/16" Basic Spacer

I guess i can keep my engine cover for the 1/2 correct?

The 1/2" is too thick for you to be able to keep your engine cover on. It won't fit under the hood. The 5/16" WILL fit though.
