I've heard the biggest downside to the HKS is the weight. I've heard it's a brick, but I wouldn't know I've never had it. The Amuse weighs about 16 pounds total. Stock I believe is around 65lbs.

no vendor carries that in stock (unless somebody changed their mind about it, after ordering it) No vendors carry anything that's expensive and doesn't sell well... they don't like it siting on the shelf for a long time.

The g35 is pretty heavy in the front already, hmm when losing weight (mostly) in the rear, would that upset the balance and affect handling in some way? Just wondering , not looking to be flamed at

The few pounds difference probably won't make a tangible difference unless you are a hard core track fiend. Otherwise it would be hard to notice in the handling.

+ 2000. People bitching about even a 50 lb. weight difference on a street car is absurd.

still, 50 lbs here & 50 lbs there start to add up. sport seats, exhaust, and battery can free up almost 150 lbs. the only real problem with the g is that it weighs a (non-literal) ton.
