i just got my hks installed and i noticed my 4-6k goes by quick, but my low end (1-4) is the same more or less....i think you basically just gain some faster acceleration from 4k to redline.

The low range does lose a little bit.

The HKS Hi-Power offers gains from the upper mid-range to redline.
about 4500RPM and on is where it shines.

You'll lose a little in the low end but not enough to really feel it. The car will sound better, breathe better, and you won't regret it one bit. Just do it!
