i just installed the invidia g200 it was so easy to install and it sounds great but after getting it on the road the passenger side pipe is vibrating up against something under the car i haven't tried looking at it yet just wanted to see what other people have done to fix the problem? i know i read that someone got stillen headers and that fixed the problem. any other suggestions? i was thinking of rapping the pipe w an exhaust tape or something?

I just hammered the undercarriage around the spot where it rattles...

 

i was considering this exhaust and while i was reading up on it lots of people said that they just put a piece of high temp rubber or something in between the exhaust and car hope this helps!

 

Mine was rattling against the undercarraige also. Not sure if your vibration was metal on metal, if so, hammer out the heat shielt. Mine was a solid vibration since the pipe was hitting the frame. I took it to an exhaust shop and they heated it up and bend it slightly to give clearance and welded an extra hanger to keep it low for $40.
