HKS Dual Hi-Power Tips out too far

Has anyone drilled a hole in their exhaust to make the tips go in more. I just got it and I would like the tips to go in about an inch more.

Thought they were adjustable as well. If you wanted tucked lip probably should've bought a 350z version.

They are already in as much as they can go. Oh well I guess I'll deal with it.

I know what the OP is saying. I just installed my hks exhaust too, and while I was able to get the passenger side tip to sit flush with the back bumper, the driver side sticks out like an inch, even on the most extreme IN position. I want them both to sit almost flush with the side profile of the back bumper, so I will be elongating the adjustment slot on the driver side exhaust tip....

Here's what they look like right now...

I want them to move in about an inch or so...I think it'll look cleaner and follow the lines of the car better, seeing as the exhaust is already flashy enough as it is, i don't think it needs to stick out as well..

No mine stick out way more than that I guess because I have the g35 version. I bought it used so that's I'm not sure which one it is. But I thought they were adjustable more.

I will post in pic in a few minutes.
