First of all, congratulations on your purchase. Glad to hear you're happy.

I have to say though, and it appears I have the minority opinion, that the exhaust sounded very raspy to me and out of place for a $40,000 sport sedan. Exhaust notes are EXTREMELY subjective though, and everyone has their own personal preference. As someone already pointed out, it's nice to be the first to market, but being first isn't always the best. I would wait for some more options before jumping on the bandwagon. Just my .02.

I dunno....maybe I'm just used to the way a V8 sounds with an exhaust, I think this thing sounds like CRAP Reminds me especially on start up of some rice mobile Honda with a fart pipe. I didn't like the HKS Power Flo exhaust clip I heard on the new IS350 either.

Why wait? STILLEN=BEST FOR NISSAN

They specialize on those cars..why go to Tenabee or HKS??
Greddy is the only other option for me

In terms of quality I don't doubt Stillen for a minute. My point was that this particular exhaust note doesn't really do it for me , and there might be others that sound better.

ive had a 2000 honda civic si, a 2003 nissan se-r spec v, all have had exhaust and headers and turbos, i will say that it does not sound at all to a honda exhaust, that was the think i was most woried about that it was going to sound like a honda, but it is far from it, i will agree that with the camara siting 1 foot from the exhaust pipe it did sound a little ricey, but ill have to do a drive buy from you guys and have my g.f record it, on the free way you cant even hear the exhaut, i cant usually hear it unless im up in the 4-5k range, but everyone has there own opinion, ill see if i can get a group buy

true! it is and import, i dont expect it to sound like a mustang, gto, or camaro. but i'll have to admit it does sound good for a v6! lets not forget that it still needs to be broken in! it probably doesnt sound that ricey driving by, its just that the video is 2 feet away from the tip. if you wait a couple of months there might be other manufacters with quieter notes. we'll just have to wait and see! as for me, add me to the group buy if that goes down!

Am I the only one that fails to see how this system would add any more power? It looks just like the stocker, but with more fancy piping. I have a hard time seeing this system making no more than a couple hp over stock. Maybe less if they went too big with the pipes. Also, why no stock flex section in the y-pipe? Clearly they don't understand the purpose of the OEM flex sections. It's beyond me why Stillen didn't make this thing fully true dual with a good crossover or X-pipe. It would have been so easy.
