HKS Ti exhaust RATTLE
I just put the HKS dual exhaust on my G.... now I hear a rattling noise coming from where the two mufflers sit, more specifically it sounds like it's coming from the passenger side near the tire. It makes the rattling noise when I go over large bumps and when I first start the car.
Does anyone else with the HKS exhaust have this rattling noise? How can I fix it? Do you think I need to get back under there and tighten some more bolts down? I'm afraid of overtightening, since I tourqued them pretty good when I put it on.
I HATE this damn rattle, help!

Looking at the passenger side muffler . . . Follow it back to some 2 to 3 inches behind the flange. You will notice that there is a nut right above the pipe. When I was installing my HKS, I noticed this. I shook the pipe and sure enough, it hit this nut. If this scenario is the same for you, there are only two options. You can remove the center pipe assembly and tap the area affected with a ball peen hammer slighly or you can allow the nut to eventually create a deep enough ding on the pipe. I chose to tap that area with a hammer until I could not cause a rattle. It did not take much tapping. Good luck.
