Will AEM 350Z CAI fit the sedan?

I've been searching the forums, and few people have said that the Nismo intake is the same thing as the AEM, except it has the bypass valve. However, I haven't found anyone who's actually installed one yet. Can anyone confirm that the AEM CAI will fit? If anyone knows of any resources for DIY or possible pics, I'd appreciate them as well.

Many thanks,

- NICNoobie

Im using an AEM CAI for a 350z on my 03 Sedan.. although I dont have it setup for full cold air, just using it as a short ram.

When i looked at the piping, it looks like it would work no problem. Im just not a fan of CAI setups, especially in Vancouver where it never stops raining.

Picked it up used for $80.. so I couldnt pass it up
