Question hks exhaust vs. an intake for a sedan

I'm having a tough time deciding whether i should get an hks sport exhaust for my 05 6mt sedan or if i should just get a popcharger/ztube. Im strictly interested in either for the sound that I'm going to get and I do not plan to do anymore mods besides this one. What would everyone recommend to be the wiser buy?
Also, price isnt really an issue so theres no reason to base it on that.

Get a Z tube, K&N drop-in filter and call it a day. You'll save yourself a bunch of monies.

You will do both eventually (no matter what you say now) but definitely start with the exhaust. You won't regret it.
