The CCV by itself will not equate to a big difference . . . But when you consider the CCV, Aramid gasket and everything else work in conjunction with eachother, every bit helps in the big picture.

 

Does anyone have a pic of the coolant hose? I'd like to see a overall engine pic to see where it is relative to everything else. And an upclose pic to see where I have to cut. So when I cut it, is there going to be coolant spilling all over the place or is there only coolant in the line when the engine is running?

 

old thread but just wanted to see how your progress has been. I'm about to purchase an MREV and 5/16" spacer myself.

 

^ same here, I have a 04 6MT so I'm just getting the 5/16 spacer. Basd on what i've read and re-read it seems like all that will benefit my car is the spacer. I was also looking into paying to get it done at $150 but I might just do it myself if I have proper instructions. I work on helicopters so I'm good with tools, I just need inst.
