Well, it was long day at performance nissan (www.performancenissanparts.com) getting my cats installed and all I have to say is that performance nissan does have the BEST customer service and great prices thanks to Jeff and Jason. Thanks guys see you next monday
Anyways back to the cats. First off, my car has the stock exhaust and my only mods are a Z-tube and Blitz filter.
Well, the sound of the stock exhaust with the RT cats sounds GREAT especially over 4500 RPMS. It's so so slightly( and i mean slightly) louder in cabin with a fuller sound on the outside. Let me put it this way when i took my wife for a ride she didn't even notice until I got it up to about 4500 + rpm and they she said "wow that sounds great". Oh yeah not to forget about the real reason i got this mod...Performance. You can definitely feel it pull harder after 4500rpm..Butt dyno says 7hp for sure feels like 17hp
