STILLEN is releasing Stainless Steel Equal Length Headers next week (week of December 29th). They are all STAINLESS STEEL construction including the flanges. Horsepower gains are 11.5 @ 6200rpm and Torque pumps the vehicle up another 18.5lb.-ft. @ 3800rpm. For those with G35s, these units fit both the Coupe & Sedan models. The STILLEN Headers maintain 3/4-inch of clearance from the steering column, which alleviates any fitment issues previously reported with other brands of headers.

The Ceramic Coated Headers will be out in 2 1/2 - 3 weeks.

Installation time is approximately 6 hours.

And finally - some people might want to see the difference in build, material quality as well as material thickness when compared to the Borla Headers. Also notice that the relevant components of our Stainless Steel Header Set are, in fact, Stainless Steel including the collectors and flanges. The only item of mild steel is the CARB EPA REQUIRED "Offroad Use Only" plate. The headers DO NOT DELETE THE CATS but are NOT CARB Exempt.

Our Headers are equal length. Each pipe to the collector measures 15". The Borla Headers are not equal length. This was a point made on My350Z.com that I thought might come up in 'conversation'. Rather than have everyone wait on the answers - here they are.

These will also fit the G35 Sedan!

The dyno graph shows "Headers/Cat" gain. Does that mean the gain was measured with the headers "AND" a "high flow cat" change??

The note on the dyno sheet is for internal use more than anything. We are also developing a potential racepipe that would delete the cats. So, it is much quicker to have a note on the dyno chart that indicates either Header/Cats meaning the stock cats are on the car for that test or Header/Racepipe meaning that the racepipes are on the car.

I would also like to know the dyno gain from Stillen headers, stillen Sedan exhaust, and stock cats. Would the Stillen headers be a waste if I am not changing the cats?
