Exhaust Install - Difficult?
Im about to recieve my Invidia g200 this tuesday, and I am curious if there is anything difficult about the install? What tools are required? Thanks a lot for any info.
It's not that hard as long as you can get your car up enough with jack stands. As long as you don't mind spending a couple hours under there, go for it. Otherwise a shop should do it for ~$100-150.
as long as the bolts come out good and aren't rusted or anything then ya that's all you'll need and it should go smoothly. But if your bolts are a mess and stuck in there try some WD40 or something like that. Otherwise it could turn into a headache. I did mine myself with no problems.
You might need to clear some space for the invidia exhaust to move without banging the underside. I had to put a small indentation under the passenger side so it wouldn't touch. You might not have to, but be aware of clearance issues with this exhaust.

I'm on my third exhaust.........
Regardless of which system you buy there's always issues. I'm on my third
cat-back system and have always had a reliable muffler shop install them
for me.......if you can find one. I wasn't too happy with the last install
because the dude wasn't carefull enough and not very bright. My last system
and the one I using today was the easiest and it took this guy three attempts
to get it 100%. It's worth $100 to get it installed and have it done right......
with no leaks!

I installed my dads exhaust in an hour. He has HKS. As long as the bolts arnt rusted you should be fine. If i remember correctly (this was some months ago) you only need a 14mm socket. It might be a 17. One of the two lol. But anyway , good luck
