What up fellas. I was wondering if anybody has high flow cats w/out an aftermarket exhaust. I have a stillen intake and want a more racey (not ricey) sound. But I don't wanna lose the G35 purr, that's why I'm not getting an exhaust. Thanks for any info.

I don't believe it's possible to make one of our G35's sound ricey. Unless of
course your y-pipe falls off or you spring a major leak. Are aftermarket cats
legal in N.Y.?

 

I'm pretty sure they're legal. I had them on my Probe GT

NOBODY makes a Orb 11 highflow cat that's legal for replacement in my state.
Lots of companys make highflow cats but not the ones that can replace OEM
cats in some state legally. Magnaflow makes converters but not the ones
for replacement in Ca.......and I continually bug them about it toooo!

somebody told me if i get the nismo exhaust, it will keep the exhaust tone but sound deeper. is that true?

 

Yes--at least that is what my Nismo/Fujitsubo sounds like. No droning either. Great system.

 

I have a question i have an 03 6mt brembos brakes,stillen headers,stillen true duals,and a fujita intake on my G, and wuz looking to buy the stillen high flow cats is this a good buy or is there a better company out there for this product. if anyone has any info for me send me a private message plz thanks ahead of time

 

just wanted to say i got my stillen high flow cats, so know from the headers back is all stillen i have to say im impressed
